Become a contractor with documented apprenticeship certification in your state. Apprenticeship program certification — not a state license.

Contractor Apprenticeship Licensing Association provides apprenticeship program enrollment and administrative support services for individuals pursuing careers in the skilled trades. Our program is registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and is designed to guide contractors through required membership enrollment, trade-specific contributions, and documentation steps required for issuance of certification within our registered apprenticeship program.
We assist participants across a range of industries — including Technicians, Bricklayers, Carpenters, Millwrights, and more — by outlining the required steps and providing application support throughout the process. Certification confirms completion of program requirements and may be submitted where applicable as part of a contractor’s public works application materials.
Build your future in the trades with structured apprenticeship participation and clear administrative guidance.
